Cancellation Policy

All shipments are carefully inspected before they are dispatched. However, if due to some unforeseen situation you are not happy with the product then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation.

We accept returns within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. You have to inform our customer service team and report the issue.

Please contact our customer service to report the issue and the customer service executive will provide you the address where the product needs to be returned.

Points to remember:

1. The product should be unused.

2. Please ensure that the product is in original packing along with the invoice. All products should be returned in original condition with tags intact as attached in the product. Presence of original tags is a must to accept returns

3. When you have shipped the product back please share the AWB Number given to you by the courier. You must use a trackable courier to return the product.

4. Refund process will be initiated once the seller has received the product(s)

5. We will refund the money the way payment was made.

6. We will refund the purchase amount along with the shipping cost bourne by you. You will have to provide us with the proof of shipping cost.

7. In quality control product we require batch no, and manufacturing date.

Item received in damaged condition or manufacturing defect or wrong item:

#. If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please contact us within 72 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, we'll give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible.

#. If you want a replacement then we will ship a replacement item at the earliest possible with no extra shipping cost to you.

#. If the original ordered item is no longer possible then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you.

Please note:

#. We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.

#. At any point the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods plus the shipping cost incurred for returning the product.

Refund Policy

We make every effort to service your order but if due to any reason or unavoidable circumstances the order gets cancelled, we process full refund of the order.

The order may be cancelled before shipment due to any of the following reasons;

1. The specific product is out of stock

2. The order could not be shipped within the specified timeline and customer requests for cancellation.

3. The shipping address is not serviceable.

4. Any other reason beyond the control of merchants or Vise Happy E Shops India LLP.

5. On customer request if the product is not shipped. (Conditions apply as per terms and conditions)

 

The orders may be cancelled post shipment and delivery due to any of the following reasons;

1. Product was received in damaged condition.

2. Wrong product delivered to the customer.

3. Shipping address found to be untraceable, wrong, incomplete, locked and customer not available.

4. Customer refused to take the delivery.

Caution: Please do not accept delivery of any item whose packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.

Conditions:

  1. The refund shall be processed only after the product is shipped back and received by us.
  2. Need to attach a note along with the product returned for refund. The note should clearly state your name and address, contact number, and order number. Describe the problem in your own words. Without your order details processing refund / replacement would not be possible.
  3. To initiate the refund process you have to intimate us with the return AWB No.
  4. Complete product has to be return along with the accessories or any other free gifts if any along with the invoice.

Process:

1. Please connect with our customer care via email / call within 72 hours of receiving the product.

2. Pack the product properly and label the product with the order number, seller address and your address.

3. Please share the return courier name and AWB Number with the customer service team.

4. The order shall be cancelled once the seller receives the product in undamaged condition.

5. Please ensure to pack the product properly before handing it over to courier representative.

Exclusion:

A refund can be refused if the following conditions are not met:

Customer service is not informed about the issue within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Please Note:

Vise Happy E Shops India LLP. is not liable to pay any penalty or compensation to the customer for cancellation of any order, for any of the reasons mentioned above or any other reason that is not mentioned.
